(i) University of Jos (UNIJOS) accepts IJMB passes including Geography. Jos also accepts National or Higher National Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning or Land Surveying at Credit and above level, provided candidates posses the minimum UTME requirements.
(ii) Modibbo Adama University of Technology, Yola (MAUTY) accepts: (a) Two `A’ level passes with a minimum of C grade in Geography Mathematics, Physics, Biology/Chemistry, Economics (b) ND in relevant field to Environmental Sciences with minimum of Lower credit. (c) IJMB/ GCE `A’ level credits passes in Physics and Mathematics
(iii) Kano University of Science & Technology, Wudil (KUST) accepts two A/L passes with a minimum of C Grade in Geography, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Agric/Biology and Economics.
What is WAEC, NECO, GCE special consideration (waiver) for Geography
(i) Modibbo Adama University of Technology, Yola (MAUTY) requires fives ‘O’ level credit to include English, Mathematics, Geography and any two of Biology, Chemistry Physics, and Economics
(ii) Kano University of Science & Technology, Wudil (KUST) accepts IJMB/ND/NCE in Geography and any other Science subject.
(iii) University of Jos (UNIJOS) requires five (5) ‘O’ level credit to include English Language, Mathematics and Geography in addition to any other two Social Science or Science subjects.
(iv) Abia State University, Uturu requires five credit in English Language, Mathematics, Geography and any other two subjects from Economics, Government, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Technical Drawing, Fine Arts and Social Studies. Also requires credit in any two of Arts, Sciences or Social Sciences subjects.
(vi) University of Jos (UNIJOS) accepts IJMB passes including Geography. Also accepts National or Higher National Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning or Lang Surveying at credit and above levels
What is JAMB UTME special consideration (waiver) for Geography
(i) Imo State University, Owerri (IMSU) requires Geography, Mathematics and any other subject.
(ii) Niger Delta University Yenagoa (NDU) accepts a pass in ‘O’ level Mathematics.
(iii) Modibbo Adama University of Technology, Yola (MAUTY) requires Geography, and any two Science or social Sciences subjects.
