- Principals and subsidiary pass at A – level in science subjects OR
- KNEC Diploma in Sciences/Applied Sciences or its equivalent from an institution recognized by Moi University Senate.

Duration: 4 years
The admission requirement to study Computer Science at Moi University:
- Candidate must have a minimum Mean Grade of C+ (Plus) at KCSE, and at least a C+ (Plus) in Mathematics, Physics or Physical Sciences OR
- Two Principal passes, one of which must be in Mathematics or Physics at “A” Level OR
