Admission requirements to study Mortuary Sciences in Kenyatta University

  • Candidates must have a mean Grade of at least a C (plain) at KCSE or equivalent

 

DEGREE PROGRAMMES:

Admission requirements to study Medicine and Surgery in Kenyatta University

  • Candidates must have a mean grade of C+ (Plus) at KCSE or two Principal Passes at A level or their equivalence and must have passed in the following subjects and obtained the grades shown below: Alternative A : Biology B, Chemistry B, Physics/Mathematics B, English/Kiswahili B Alternative B: Biological Sciences B, Physical Sciences B, Mathematics B, English/Kiswahili B OR
  • 2 Principal passes in Biology and Chemistry and a subsidiary pass in Mathematics or physics at A level or their equivalents OR
  • A minimum C+ with aDiploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery from a recognised Medical Institution and Must be registered as Clinical Officers OR
  • First Degree Holders in Biomedical Sciences

 
 
Admission requirements to study Pharmacy in Kenyatta University

  • Candidates must have a mean Grade of at least C+ at KCSE or two principal passes at A level or their equivalents with at least C+ in Mathematics/ Physics and at least B (Plain) in Biology, Chemistry and English/Kiswahili OR
  • Holders of Degree in Biological Sciences or Diploma in Clinical Medicine, Pharmaceutical Technology, Radiology, Nursing, Public Health, Dental Sciences, Biological Sciences from a recognized/accredited institution

 
 
Admission requirements to study Medical Laboratory Science in Kenyatta University

  • Candidates must have a mean Grade of at least C+ at KCSE or two principal passes at A level or their equivalents with at least C+ in Mathematics/ Physics and at least B (Plain) in Biology, Chemistry and English/Kiswahili OR
  • Mean Grade of C (Plain) at KCSE or equivalent with a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Science from a recognized institution and three (3) years minimum field experience.
