- Dial 111
- Listen to the: Welcome to airtel customer service
- Listen to the: NIN voice message.
If you have an active bundle, you will be asked if you want to renew or go to the main menu, just press 2
Now, follow the voice prompt. Don’t press when you have not heard the number.
Press 4 (among the main menu option).
Wait! until you hear press 4 again.
Finally, wait until you hear press 9.
The number on the screen when calling Airtel customer care number after you have dialled 111, will now be 2449
By pressing this number, during the voice guide, you will be taken directly to a human being (airtel customer care rep) that will attend to your need irrespective of the issue.
