DEGREE PROGRAMMES:

Admission requirements to study Environmental Health in Kenyatta University

  • Candidates must have a mean grade of C+ (plus) at KCSE or equivalent with at least C+ (plus) in the following subjects: Mathematics/Physics, Chemistry/Physical Sciences, Biology/Biological Sciences, English / Kiswahili OR
  • Mean grade of C (plain) at KCSE or Division III or equivalent with at least C (plain) in the following subjects: Mathematics/Physics, Chemistry/Physical Science, Biology/Biological Sciences, English/Kiswahili with a Diploma in Environmental Health, Environmental Studies, Pharmacy, Nursing, Public Health, or any other related field. Those with Diploma should have at least 2 years of relevant working experience after qualifying with the Diploma. OR
  • Mean grade of C- at KCSE or equivalent with at least C- (minus) in the following Subjects: Mathematics/Physics, Chemistry/Physical Sciences, Biology/Biological Sciences, English/Kiswahili and progressed from certificate to Diploma at Kenyatta University or any other recognized/accredited Institutions.

 
 
Admission requirements to study Occupational Health in Kenyatta University

  • Candidates must have mean grade of C+ (plus) at KCSE or equivalent with at least C+ (Plus) in the following subject: Mathematics/Physics Chemistry/Physical Sciences, Biology/Biological Sciences English/Kiswahili Or
  • Mean grade of C (Plain) at KCSE or Division III or equivalent with at least C(Plain) in following Subject: Mathematics/Physics, Chemistry/Physical Sciences, Biology/Biological Sciences, English/Kiswahili with a Pharmacy, Nursing public Health or any other related field. Those with Diploma should have at least 2 years or relevant working experience after qualifying with the Diploma. Or
  • Mean Grade of C- (Minus) at KCSE or equivalent with at least C- (Minus) in the following Subject: Mathematics/Physics, Chemistry/ Physical Science, Biology/Biological Sciences, English/ Kiswahili and progressed from Certificate to Diploma at Kenyatta University or Other Recognized/ accredited Institutions.

 
 
Admission requirements to study Health Promotion in Kenyatta University

  • Candidates must have a mean grade of C+ (plus) at KCSE or equivalent with at least C+ (Plus) in the following subject: Mathematics/ Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English/Kiswahili or a Diploma with at least a Credit from recognized institution in the following areas Health promotion, Environmental Health, Pharmacy, Nursing, Clinical Medicine, Public Health, Community Health Nutrition, health Services Management and other Related Courses. In addition the candidate should have obtained at C (plain) at KCSE or Division III at KCE.

 
 
Admission requirements to study Population Health in Kenyatta University

  • Candidates must have a mean grade of C+ (plus) at KCSE or equivalent with at least C+ (Plus) English/Kiswahili, Mathematics/ Physics, Biology and Chemistry OR
  • Diploma with a credit pass in a health related field from a recognized institution with at least a mean grade of C (plain) in the English/Kiswahili, Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics/Physics OR
  • Division III at KCE. Those with Diploma must have at least 2 years relevant post qualification experience.

 
 
Admission requirements to study Health Records and Information Management in Kenyatta University

  • Candidates must have a mean grade of C+ (plus) at KCSE or equivalent with at least C+ (plus) in English/Kiswahili, Biology/Biological Sciences and Mathematics OR
  • Mean grade C (plain) at KCSE or Division III at KCE or equivalent with Diploma in Health Records and Information Technology from a recognized institution. Those with Diploma must have at least 2 years relevant post qualification experience. OR
  • Mean grade of C- at KCSE and progressed from certificate to Diploma at Kenyatta University or any other recognized/accredited Institutions.

 
 
Admission requirements to study Health Service Management in Kenyatta University

  • Candidates must have a mean grade of C+ (plus) at KCSE or equivalent with at least C+ (plus) in English/Kiswahili, Mathematics and any one (1) Science or Humanities subject OR
  • Diploma holders with a credit grade in management or Systems Management with a C (plain) at KCSE or Division III at KCE or equivalent from a recognized institution with at least 2 years relevant post qualification experience. OR Mean grade of C- at KCSE and progressed from certificate to Diploma at Kenyatta University or any other recognized/accredited Institutions.
