Portal Guide

This is a quick guide for those who are using the portal for the first time.

For now, Course finder and JAMB Subject Eligibility are the only modules currently available. Course Suggester is currently under development and should be made available before the end of January.

Course Suggester as its name implies is a powerful module that suggests a course for you based on your answer to questions on the module. It also gives you the opportunity to request another course suggestion if you do not like the current course that was suggested.

Course Finder Search: This is a complex module that displays courses based on your O level result which may be from WAEC, NECO, or GCE. All you have to do is to input 5 subjects you passed and the module will perform a query search for you. See image below

Course Finder Search Form

  2. Select the subject.
  3. Select the grade associated with the subject.
  4. To delete the subject mistakenly added.
  5. To add more subjects and grades, click on the ADD MORE SUBJECTS! A poor browser or network may load slowly. But wait for it to add.
  6. When you are okay with the 5 subjects and grades you chose, click on the SEARCH button, and wait. The page will reload twice. If your subject combinations have many courses, the module may take seconds to collate and display them. So be patient.
