When you hear the phrase secret talent, what does it mean? This phrase is often used in an interview and it shouldn’t be confused with hobbies. In an interview, when most of the candidates hear the question what is your secret talent, they usually think that this question is quite odd, it is not at all related to the current job nor is it going to be used in the job time.
