The Faculty of Education in Uniben has pioneered teacher education that stretches back over forty years impacting on both national and international professional learning. This has attracted many students from around the world.
The Faculty researches are aimed at improving the learning environment and the educational system.
Students are trained to actively participate in extracurricular activities to keep abreast with their level of awareness in the areas of technology, global, cultural/ethnic issues, politics and professional development.
Beyond the regular class contacts the Faculty partners with industries to synergize classroom experiences with those of the industries. In addition, the Faculty of Education in Uniben offer training for practitioners as refresher teaching and leadership programmes.
