I’m fully aware that many people accessing their N-power validation portal via the direct link encounter different issues. The most common issues are:

For those having issues with Npower ID:
Make sure that you have entered your Npower ID correctly. It is better to copy and paste it instead of writing it out. The Npower ID is a unique identification number assigned to each Npower participant. You can find your Npower ID on your Npower registration slip or on the Npower portal.
Sometimes, the issue may be with the browser you are using. Try using a different browser, such as Google Chrome to access the NPower registration portal.
Clear your browser cache and cookies, and then try again to access the NPower registration portal. Sometimes, when you try to log in to a website, your browser may store an outdated cookie or log in a credential that can prevent validation. Clearing your browser cookies can force your browser to forget the outdated credentials and allow you to log in with the correct credentials.
For those having issues with BVN:
BVN issue is a temporary glitch in the system. If the NIBSS server is not connecting properly to the Npower server, there is going to be an issue with BVN validation. You may want to try again later at night. If this issue persists, the best thing to do is to call Npower support for assistance.
