(i) Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Rumuolumeni accepts Diploma in Secretarial Studies with 4 ‘O’ Level credits in relevant subjects.
(ii) University of Benin (UNIBEN) requires 2 merit passes in NCE including Business method (Social Studies, Secretarial Education major) plus 3 O/L credit including English Language at one sittings.
(iii) Bauchi State University, Gadau accepts NCE (pass with 5 years teaching experience).
(iv) Tai Solarin University of Education Ijebu Ode (TASUED) accepts Two ‘A’ level passes/NCE Credit/Merit passes from Economics, Accounting & Business Management or HND in Secretarial Administration with Upper Credit. Also accepts NABTEB, NBC/NTC Certificate is acceptable.
What is WAEC, NECO, GCE Special Consideration (waiver) to study Secretarial Education
(i) Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Rumuolumeni accepts WAEC (commercial RSA II) Cert. in 5 subjects including English Language. Does not require a credit in Economics.
(ii) University of Benin (UNIBEN) requires Economics or Commerce but does not accept Principles of Accounts, Office Practice and Secretarial Duties.
What is JAMB UTME Special Consideration (waiver) to study Secretarial Education
(i) Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Rumuolumeni accepts Arts subjects.
(ii) University of Benin (UNIBEN) requires Economics or Commerce and any two other Arts or Social Science subjects.
