WAEC Subject Combination For Business Administration
In WAEC, NECO, or GCE, you are expected to register a maximum of 9 subjects for a Business Administration degree. You can register for less than 9 subjects if you are resitting.
However, you must have at least 5 credit passes amongst the 9 subjects listed below before you can gain admission into any Nigerian university to study for a Business Administration degree.

- University of Port-Harcourt (UNIPORT) does not accept commercial subjects.
- The University of Abuja, Gwagwalada and Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, Uli accept Commerce in lieu of Economics
- The American University of Nigeria, Yola (AUN) same as in Finance
- Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria requires five SSCE credits including English Language, Economics, Mathematics and any other two subjects
- Plateau State University Bokkos (PLASU) – Same as in Accounting
- Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba requires two other credit in from Commerce, Accounting, Geography and Government.
